Clinical Assessments
Clinical Assessment begins with an Intake Interview followed by more in-depth evaluation of child’s strengths and weakness. Intake interview will help the clinicians to choose appropriate tools to map the abilities of child in different domains.
Calibre’s clinical assessments provide valuable insights in to the possible causes of academic and behavioural problems of children, adolescence and young adults Our assessments are specially designed to screen and diagnose students’ abilities, develop effective interventions, track progress, and ensure students meet annual achievement requirements. We also provide comprehensive evaluation report comprising the profile of strengths and weaknesses special education needs recommendations and intervention plan for behavioural and educational impairments if needed.
Areas assessed may include cognitive functioning, adaptive behaviour, personality and socio emotional functioning. Depending on the needs of child, adolescence, young adults, the assessment may include evaluation of one more of these areas.

Our comprehensive assessment takes place during the course of one or two weeks and is conducted by professionals. Following the assessment, the team will meet with you to discuss a recommended treatment plan which includes goals and objectives or Individualized education Plan (IEP)
